Jenny Deiana

I’m Jennifer Deiana, is the director of Solar Alegria, yoga teacher, life coach, and holistic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in business and product strategy. After spending years in the corporate world, including roles at LVMH, Collison, Charlotte Tilbury, and the Football Association, I realized that my true calling was in helping others achieve balance, happiness, and personal growth. This led me to transition into the world of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, massages and personal development coaching.

In 2020, I created Solar Alegria, a retreat and holiday center nestled in the heart of Portugal. My vision for Solar Alegria was to provide a sanctuary where people could escape the stress of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. The center is a peaceful space where creativity, yoga, mindfulness, and nature come together to foster transformation. I focus on creating an environment centered around self development, with the goal of helping each individual awaken their full potential.

My work is all about embracing who we truly are, and at Solar Alegria, I create the space for people to explore Portuguese culture, their authentic selves and grow in harmony with the world around them.
